Our founder, attorney Emil F. Sodoro, has practiced law since he was admitted to the bar in Nebraska in 1951. He has handled numerous appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit (Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.) He is also admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States where, in a landmark case in 1978, he successfully appealed a ruling on behalf of a personal injury defendant.
